42nd Meeting

On 12 June 2025, the Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency held its 42nd meeting and adopted the following decisions of public interest:

1. Ordinance on the structure and content of third-country distributors’ periodic statistical reports
2. Decision granting approval to the company ŽITO d.d., Osijek, Đakovština 3, OIB 03834418154, LEI: 315700CNPNRCHRGO6332, for a prospectus relating to the public offering of up to 6,651,920 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share, and a total nominal value of up to EUR 6,651,920.00; and to the admission to the regulated market of up to 25,607,675 registered dematerialised ordinary shares with the nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share, and a total nominal value of up to EUR 25,607,675.00
3. Decision revoking the Decision of 23 September 2024, granting approval to the company VOLKSWAGEN FINANCE LUXEMBURG S.A., with its registered office at 19-21 route d'Arlon, L-8009 Strassen, Luxembourg, entered in the Luxembourg Commercial Register under registration number B166745, to indirectly acquire a qualifying holding in the leasing company PORSCHE LEASING d.o.o., Zagreb (City of Zagreb), OIB: 90275854576, LEI: 52990TYTVH73IENMO14, reaching 100% of the initial capital and voting rights. The proposed acquisition had to be carried out within six (6) months as of the day of the enforcement of that decision.     
4. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance and reinsurance distribution business to the pre-company MAM broker d.o.o. za brokerske poslove u osiguranju i reosiguranju, with its registered office in Zagreb
5. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to Marko Polanec from Selnica, founder of the insurance representation craft FRAMA-M, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, MARKO POLANEC, SELNICA, DR. VINKA ŽGANCA 21
6. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 25 November 2019 to Marko Rašić from Slavonski Brod, owner of the insurance representation craft PREMIUM AGENCIJA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Marko Rašić, Slavonski Brod, Naselje "Andrija Hebrang" 8/25, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 30 April 2025
7. Decision granting authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business to the pre-company LUKŠIĆ ZASTUPANJE društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću za zastupanje u osiguranju, with its registered office in Velika Gorica
8. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 30 August 2024 to Srđan Grzunov from Split, founder of the insurance representation craft GRZUNOV SAVJETOVANJE, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. SRĐAN GRZUNOV, SPLIT, MAŽURANIĆEVO ŠETALIŠTE 45, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 28 February 2025
9. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 4 September 2024 to Tanja Crepar from Sisak, founder of the insurance representation craft Agencija Crepar, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Tanja Crepar, Sisak, I. B. Mažuranić 1, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 4 March 2025
10. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 12 September 2024 to Andrea Žuna from Slavonski Brod, founder of the insurance representation craft SALUS, OBRT ZA ZASTUPANJE U OSIGURANJU, VL. ANDREA ŽUNA, SLAVONSKI BROD, NASELJE ANDRIJE HEBRANGA 6/8, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 12 March 2025
11. Decision determining that the authorisation to conduct insurance distribution business issued on 16 October 2024 to Pavao Ljubić from Sveta Nedjelja, founder of the insurance representation craft CRO TERRA, obrt za zastupanje u osiguranju, vl. Pavao Ljubić, Sveta Nedjelja, odv. Vinogradske ulice 2C, by virtue of Hanfa’s Decision, ceased to be valid on 16 April 2025
